This is by far the best gluten free baking mix
Going gluten free made me miss a good waffle or pancake and I make them and no one can even tell they are gluten free
It also makes a fabulous coffee cake !

Love this pancake mix! Am gluten free, not by choice, i have celiac disease (I dont like this term, i prefer to say i am allergic to wheat). This pancake mix is a life saver!!! Could not find it in my local food stores, will love to get more soon.

Love this mix, used it for years. Heat nonstick Griddle 350 degrees, Mix- Add 2/3 cup butter milk instead of water. To cook, Add ½ tablespoon butter in circle on griddle, spoon about 4 inches of batter on top of butter. My husband enjoys it with 100% Maple Syrup. To store-stack pancakes with a sandwich bag between and place stacks in a large plastic bag into freezer. Delicious!
