Family favorite!!! This mix is delicious and nutritious! We try to avoid gluten although we don’t have allergies, this mix is far better than the ones that have gluten anywho! Can’t go wrong here. We recommend this to everyone!

This makes the best gluten free pancakes we have ever had and we have tried tons. We all love it so much we eat pancakes 1-3 times a week. We love adding chocolate chips or blue berries. I know it is also a baking mix, but we haven’t tried it for anything other than pancakes. It tastes so good, I’m sure it would be good for anything.

This is hands down the BEST pancake mix. I have been using it since I was diagnosed with celiac in 2012. I always loved it, but during the pandemic shelter in place I found out how much. We ran out of pancake mix and I couldn’t find a bag of Pamela’s anywhere. In desperation, I ordered a different brand. Blech! Sunday pancakes were just not the same. Not as delicious. Just a disappointment. Thankfully, we only had to wait a few weeks and now, Sunday morning pancake breakfasts are back to Pamela’s and the best they can be.

I’ve used this baking mix for years and love it for pancakes and muffins. This is the first time I’ve ordered it directly from the company. When I first tried to place my order it was out of stock but had a feature where I could be notified when it was back in stock. I just loved that I didn’t have to keep checking back like with so many other websites. It wasn’t long before I was notified that it was back in stock. Placed my order that morning and am happily baking GF again. Thank you.

I make biscuits with this: 2 cups pancake mix, 1/4 cup grated frozen butter, mix, then add just enough whole buttermilk until all is moist enough. Stir, scoop out with ice cream scoop into heated and buttered cast iron skillet and bake at 450° until browned. It takes some practice but everyone loves them.
