Pamela’s Nut Flour Blend, ground from almonds, coconut, pecans, and walnuts, can be used for gluten-free, grain-free and Paleo recipes. Substitute Nut Flour Blend for 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes to add protein, fiber and flavor to baked goods. This flour works well combined with our All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend, or in any recipe that calls for almond flour or almond meal. I love this product. A family member has celiac disease and I wanted to be able to bake muffins for him. This product is so easy to use. Be sure to check out the recipe, GRAIN-FREE HEARTY MUFFINS, here on the website. They are excellent! Once you taste them, you will make them often.
