This is our go too pancake mix. We have tried lots of gluten free pancake mixes & this one is the best. My family loves it. They don’t think of it as a gluten free good, it’s just good. We have only used it for pancakes, but I bet it’s good in waffles or what ever. Now I’m craving Pamela pancakes!

My favorite GF flour blend. Makes great pancakes, waffles and banana bread. Highly recommend it for anyone on a strict gf diet...and everyone else too!

I've used various gluten-free pancake [& baking] flours ...(especially trying them when Pamela's became hard to come by...due to its popularity-!)] BUT! NONE are nearly as good as Pamela's. A neighbor recently said, when tasting my banana bread, "the BEST I've had, in my LIFE!"

Best product for making pancakes. I love that it has good ingredients, other companies add aluminum and other unnecessary ingredients that are not healthy. But this product is healthy and tastes really good. The pancakes turn our really good every time. I am also grateful for the larger product size. For a family of 5 it's perfect.

I love this product for pancakes. Makes fail proof pancakes and I appreciate, that the product is made with out alumimum and other harmful ingredients that so many other companies add to their mixes. I feel confident serving this to my family. Thank you .
