The pancakes have good flavor, texture and are easy to make. My daughter who does not have to eat GF thought it was as good as some non-gluten pancakes she has had. I will buy it again.

We've used Pamela's baking mix for several recipes for many years, and it works great! We like to add coconut milk, almond flour, or protein powder (sometimes all three!) for extra oomph to our pancakes and waffles. This is a very forgiving and versatile mix for bakers who like to experiment.

Love this baking mix!!! I substitute Pamela's Pancake and Baking Mix for my recipes that call for flour and it turns out delicious!! Thank you for a great tasting and versatile product.

Great tasting product. Hubby cannot have eggs and the pancakes are just fine without them. I add a wee bit of whey protein or Greek yogurt to boost protein content. But it is a very versatile mix. We use it for muffins, to make cornbread, and I plan to try it on baked donuts very soon. :0)

Two members of our family are GF while the rest will eat gluten. Even though I eat gluten, I love how these pancakes melt in your mouth. It also Tastes better than making flour or almond flour pancakes myself. I serve friends and guests and everyone loves them.
Now after finding a whole collection of recipes on Pamela's website, and tasting the delicious blueberry coffeecake we are sold. We purchased a 6 pack of the 4 LB so we can enjoy all the recipes and pancakes whenever we want. It is very worth it both for the taste and the nutritional value.
