My husband finally tried going GF about 6 months ago and no longer has stomach issues. We’ve tried all sorts of breads and few are palatable. I had this mix on the shelf and my sister in law was visiting. She’s allergic to egg, we used an egg replacer and the oven method and it came out great! So delicious. I think I’ll be investing in a bread machine now just for the convenience. Definitely want to keep this stuff in the kitchen as much as possible. Mmmmm. Can’t wait to try the other ideas like cheesy bread and cinnamon.

I followed the directions on the package and used my stand mixer and everything went well. Poured it into the lightly grease pan but was not sure whether I should cover or not so I did. Was surprised to see the dough rise. Cooked it for 60 minutes and it came out perfect. I cooked it for a friend who is gluten-free and he said it was delicious. He ate half the loaf the first day.

I used the small bag that includes the yeast, and the results were amazing. Best roll flavor and texture I have had, gluten free or with gluten. The large bag did not taste the same. Thought it might be the yeast included in the small bag, as all of the other ingredients were the same. Any clues, please let me know.

So far, Pamela's gluten free bread mix is the easiest and the tastiest that I have tried. It's so simple using the 2 cup measuring method and fragrances the whole house while baking. I just use a bread maker and it does it for me in the background. Do use warmed water, though, to give the yeast a proper chance.

I received a bread maker for Christmas, tried to make gf bread and it was a disaster to say the least. Ordered Pamela's bread mix. Followed the directions and was quite pleased with the results. Hubby and son ate most of the loaf and they are not gf! I hope to try nore of Pamel's items soon.l

I stopped eating gluten ~ 15 years ago and seriously missed eating toast and peanut butter for b'fast. GF bread that was available back then was pretty awful. These days gf bread is better than it was but still lacking. Then I found Pamela's bread mix and started making my own bread and LOVED it! Then my local food co-op stopped carrying it. They still have other Pamela's products but said that you had stopped making the bread mix. I was SO disappointed until it finally occurred to me to order it directly from you. I just received 12 bags of mix and quickly make a loaf. Even better than I remembered. Thank you!
