I just made this today for the first time. The crust was really dark, almost burnt. I didn't even bake it for the recommended 60 minutes. Any pointers? I don't what the inside to be doughy, but I'd like the crust to not be so, so dark. Could I maybe put the foil on sooner?
The flavor was great. But I've never had soda bread, so I don't have anything to compare it to.

This is not Irish Soda Bread. The whole point of "Soda Bread" is NO YEAST
