I've been loving this fantastic bread mix to make tasty bread, as that was one thing she really missed. It's so good that we got the large bags!

We really enjoy this bread mix and finally ordered a bulk sized bag. It makes great baked goods, like our king cake this year :)

The gluten-free, dairy-free bread is excellent. It is versatile too. I had Italian Parmesan, Cinnamon Raisin Nut, and a Seeded Brown breads this week. We are finishing the last 2 loafs. This bread does not make me ill, which unfortunately some other gf df ones do.
My daughter recommended this product to me and I expect to continue buying it as long
as I can make bread.
I really appreciate that it is bread-machine compatible.

Excellent results using this mix in my breadmaker. I just switched to using 1 egg and 3 egg whites and it’s even better. I do add 1 teaspoon of dry gelatin with the yeast. Seems to lighten the texture.
Love this mix!

I don't need to tell you how awful most GF bread products are. Well, search no more! This bread mix is really awesome. So far I've made bread, bagels and piecrust...all really simple to bake and absolutely delicious. Even the textures are wonderful! None of that stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth stuff you get with most GF products. THANK YOU PAMELA!

This made an excellent loaf if bread but is a lot sweeter than I prefer. I prefer the pizza blend for my regular loaf breads but will use this fo
ioche-style and sweet breads like cinnamon buns. Overall, excellent flavor.

This bread turns out awesome everytime and is very easy to make. I have an egg allergy and I substitute the egg in this recipe with flax egg and you would never no that I used a substitute. I only have 15 min of hands on. Highly reccormend!

Bread is delicious and easy to make. I do not have a stand alone mixer but stir it by hand for 3 minutes and it still comes out well. I would appreciate more detailed instructions on how to properly combine ingredients. For instance, suggest that all ingredients be room temperature so that the yeast is warm enough to work. Thank you for this produce.
