I can’t find the recipe I always used for scones using your Baking and Pancake Mix? Is it still available?
Hi Patricia,
Yes, the recipe that used to be on the Baking & Pancake bag is called Currant Scones. Here is the link:

I buy your baking mix in the large bag. It used to have the recipe for the basic scone on the package. I can not get my scones like they were when this recipe was on the bag. Can you please send it to me so I can fix my husband his favorite scones again? Thank you so much. I love all your products and am searching gfr the graham crackers in Tulsa, OK

Pamelas Customer Service 04/111/2016 04/21/2016Hi Marcia, Here is the original recipe for the scones from the Baking & Pancake Mix 4 lb bag: Currant Scones (but you can omit the currants or add other fruit). Enjoy!Reply

Since we don't know what size bag you are referring to, and we might, as I do, have a partially used bag, it would be helpful to have the amount in cups you are talking to, instead of saying, "1 bag Pamela's"

Holly Davis Borrero 05/147/2016 05/27/2016Agreed. Here I am with the 4lb bag, and I haven't a clue the volume of mix to use. I'll wing it, but cups or volume by weight would be far more helpful in the baking world.Reply

Pamelas Customer Service 05/151/2016 05/31/2016Hi Claudia, The Biscuit & Scone Mix bag contains 13 oz or 368.5 grams. So one batch of scones would use that amount of the mix. I hope that helps.Reply
