These are delicious if a tad tough to make. I followed the directions but of course they did not look like the picture. They taste yummy but tough to make.

Pamela' s biscuit and scone mix is the best I've found and that includes GF flours I make on my own. I just wish I could purchase it locally.

This is the best mix. I can’t eat gluten & I’m allergic to corn (xantham gum) so it’s one of the few commercially made products I can eat! I wish more of the Products did not have xanthan gum (guar gum instead) in it as well. I think there are a lot of gluten free people that also avoid corn. It’s been very hard to get during the pandemic but well worth the wait ! All Pamela’s products are great!

I picked up this mix last spring and didn't know what to expect. They were de-li-cious! I was so delighted to be able to have something that tasted like a true biscuit. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find these in any stores or online since then. Please bring them back!

I made the fluffy version with two eggs and used half and half, since that's what I had. The results were delicious biscuits.
