This flour make the best gluten free bread I have had. Besides being tasty, it’s dense texture hold up in sandwiches, paninis, French toast, hamburger buns and as croutons. It even makes a good thickening base for gravy, and keeps well in the refrigerator.

We love this bread mix! I don't have to worry about the bread not turning out, like many others I've tried. The pie crust and pizza crust recipes turn out wonderful from this mix too! I also love the pancake mix and all purpose flour blend. Those are 3 staples I like to have on hand at all times. I can make anything gluten free between the three mixes!

I am the one who is gluten free but my husband really likes this flour. He does most of the cooking. It makes really good bread and good breading for fried chicken. I really like it, too! We both highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful bread machine option for our multiple food allergy family: gluten, eggs, peanuts, milk, and soy. The bread machine loaf is tasty and filling and the dough makes wonderful rolls.

Pamela's flours are my favorite, being the best I've found. I've only been gluten and dairy free for five years. In that short span of time, I've found that Pamela's is the best tasting, easiest to work with, and the most versatile flours there are. I use the bread mix not to only make bread, but the pie crust recipe using the Bread Mix is the best I've found. I also use it to make gluten free flour tortillas and pizza crust. When I couldn't find it in recent weeks, I literally cried. I'm SO glad they're available again!!
