Made a pie crust with Pamela's Bread Mix and my family said it was the BEST ONE EVER. They Loved it!
I have tried several others and made a few from scratch that were impossible to get into a pie plate and would end up using my hands to form. Used parchment paper and it rolled right up into the ple plate with only a few tears in it. Awesome!

ands [think: Udi’s fall-apart tasteless blech!], Pamela’s is tasty & hearty. I’ve been baking bread in a bread maker for my husband since he was diagnosed with Celiac a few years ago. He LOVE’s Pamela’s! I use the 1-loaf package while we travel in the RV; and now that the pandemic has kept us home, I buy the 4 lb bag. We love EVERY Pamela’s product we’ve tried. And if you live in a food desert like we do, order on line. Shipping is fast! Being gluten-free does not have to be yucky or boring!

I am so happy with this bread mix! I am the only one in my house that's gluten-free but when I sliced a loaf of this bread, it was a huge hit with the rest of my family. It's a definite keeper in my pantry for sure. The texture and rise are wonderful, not dense at all!

My family is not gluten free, and this is our favorite bread mix. It makes bread that is so tasty and moist. We will often use it in place of all purpose flour in recipes when baking/cooking, too. We have made the YEAST-FREE BREAD IN THE OVEN recipe so many times since the pandemic started. It makes the house smell so good, and brings smiles to our faces.

Due to Wheat allegies, we've been using Pamela's Bread Flour and other gluten free options they make. We love this bread flour and it works perfectly for all our recipes. A perfect sub in for regular flours if/when you cannot use them. Thank you Pamela's for your wonderful products for those of us who need to be gluten free. ❤️

I do not use Pamela's bread mix to make bread! I use it to make cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pancakes, even biscuits! I have tried every possible brand of gluten-free flour, and have found this to be the most universally interchangeable with all of my recipes. The one caveat I have is to NOT add salt as indicated in your recipes because salt is included in this product.

Pamela's Bread Mix is great. I love how it works in my bread machine. I do add chia seeds to it for extra fiber and that works well. However, I am currently having trouble finding it in a store so I wlll need to start buying it on line.

I have tried all kinds of gluten free breads. They are awful and expensive. This bread is soft and flavorful. And with the 4 lb. bag each loaf is fairly close to what I would pay for a loaf in the store that is half the size. It is the best there is on the gluten free market.
