Pamelas Customer Service 11/317/2018 11/14/2018Hi Cindy, We think that would work just fine. Wrap them well once they are cooled.Reply

Pamelas Customer Service 10/292/2016 10/19/2016Hi Connie, It looks like we do not have an egg-free donut recipe, but perhaps you could try an egg replacer in one of our donut recipes that only calls for one egg. Here is a list of all of our donut recipes: http://magento-513015-1628136.cloudwaysapps.com/type/doughnuts/Reply

Is it ok to use the artisan flour mix? I don't have the pancake one on hand.

Pamelas Customer Service 11/306/2014 11/03/2014HI Cindy - We have not tested this recipe using the Artisan, however, we welcome you to try if it you like. You will want to add leavening agents as the Baking & Pancake mix contains leavening agents and the Artisan does not. Each cup of the B&P mix contains approximately 1tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda. Let us know how if goes if you try it! Denise, Customer ServiceReply

Delicious! Used a donut pan with the glaze - excellent recipe. My teenagers loved them too! very moist and full of flavor. The glaze adds just enough maple flavor, not overly sugary either. Definitely making these again. Also, very easy to make.

Made these last weekend using an electric donut baker (similar to a waffle maker but has mini-donut shaped holes.) The donuts themselves are very good, but the icing isn't great. Just do the powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar coating if you want a sweet addition to the exterior. They puffed up very nicely and had a very noticeable pumpkin flavor. Good recipe for autumn!!

Pamelas Customer Service 10/287/2014 10/15/2014Yes, Sharon, they can be baked in a muffin tin!! You will have to play with the baking time to see what works. I would start at the low end, 14 minutes, and go from there. Denise - Customer ServiceReply
