Gluten-Free Soy-Free Corn-Free

Enjoy delicious, light and fluffy waffles any day of the week! Made with our Baking & Pancake Mix.

Ingredients
Directions

Whip egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, combine Baking & Pancake Mix, egg yolks, water and oil until there are no lumps. Fold in stiff egg whites and bake immediately in preheated, greased waffle iron. Serve waffles hot off the iron. For crispier waffles, increase baking time.

Waffles can be used for open-faced sandwiches too. Extra waffles can be wrapped in foil or plastic to store in freezer. Remove wrap before reheating in toaster.

Be sure to try Chocolate Waffles too!

I tried this recipe minus the egg yolk and I added chocolate chips. They turned out great! They were soft and fluffy on the inside with a little crunch on the edges, just the way we like them!

Sad face!!! I think, I know i must've done something wrong. My waffles came out like extra thick pancakes. They are dense, and super heavy for a waffle. I followed the recipe exactly. HELP! Oh...I bought this cutie one-of waffle iron at Target...I couldn't pass up robin egg blue, it's super tiny...do you think it could be that?

We really love these waffles. I found my kids don't really like the flavor with the egg whites added so we made the recipe without separating the eggs. They turned out just as good. Thanks Pamela!

This recipe made such crispy, light waffles. We had them with homemade rhubarb sauce, strawberries and blackberries, and a wee drizzle of maple syrup. I felt like I could keep eating them forever. Luckily, good sense prevailed. Thank you for a fabulous recipe, it's well worth the extra step of whipping the egg whites.

I am just trying out gluten free recipes and bought your all purpose flour blend. Would this recipe be the same using that flour? Thanks!

I use coconut oil for both in the waffles and for greasing my iron. They come out crispy on the outside and nice and soft inside. They are possibly the best waffles I have ever eaten.

My husband and I love these waffles! They are a 'Grandma' special breakfast treat when they come to stay the night. These waffles are consistently perfect ever time I make them
