Amazing Rolls. I made exactly as given, with the seasoning. They were lovely and chewy on the inside. My only issue was the outside got a little burnt. I cooked at 500* and checked at the low mark of time (23 minutes), but I'm chalking that up to maybe my oven runs hot. Next time I will just start checking for doneness and 20 minutes. Thank you again, seriously the best gluten free recipes and mix out there fo

This is the best of Pamela's bread mixes for rolls! It is really amazing - great flavor and texture. I just purchased a few more bags and noticed that the roll recipe is no longer on the bag --- dear Pamela's you are missing the boat on not promoting this product better and keeping the roll recipe on the bag! I have rarely used this as pizza crust - my adult daughter and I both really love these rolls!

This is the best bread I have made since I became gluten intolerant. I put the dough on my sun porch to rise and was amazed at how much it rose.
