I just asked the question about greased or ungreased cookie sheet but neglected to check the "notify me" box. Please advise. Thanks, Hope

I am planning to make the sugar cookie recipe tomorrow with my granddaughter but just noticed the recipe doesn't say if I should use a greased or ungreased cookie sheet....If someone in customer service is able to answer this I'd be grateful! Thanks, Hope

First, I have to rave about Pamela's products. My husband and I have been enjoying the products for years and will continue. That said, I just made a batch of the packaged sugar cookies and noticed that there was no liquid other than an egg in this recipe. The dough was very dry and wasn't incorporating fully so I added 3-4 tablespoons of cream to the mix to help it along.
I compared this recipe to the more familiar wheat flour based recipe I grew up with. That recipe uses 3-4 tablespoons of milk. Why doesn't this recipe include the liquid?
Respectfully,
Murleen

Pamelas Customer Service 12/362/2014 12/29/2014Hi Murleen - I am glad you were able to make it work. When mixing this dough, you do want to mix it until it comes together, which can take a minute or 2 or steady mixing, but it will happen. Denise, Customer ServiceReply
