We use the bread mix in a breadmaker, and the loaves of bread are delicious. I took off one star since the shipping cost seemed a bit high.

I normally purchase the individual bags that contain the yeast packet, but it hasn’t been available. I make a loaf every week and a half. We really enjoy this versatile bread mix. I make plain loaves, buns and cinnamon raisins bread. This large bag should last us several months. I printed the Amazing Bread recipe that is normally found on the smaller packages and stored it with the mix.

I love this - I buy a few bags every couple months. I make bagels, pizza, biscuits, challah, cinnamon rolls, as well as 5 or more loaves a week. I need this back in other words.

A game changer for gluten free baking. Makes some of the best dinner rolls, bagels, pancakes, muffins, and cookies. It's a slightly sweet flour, so I love it for making sandwich bread, not as much for savory
eads (the artisan blend is perfect for those). I can cook for my whole family with it, and because of the quality of this blend, I'm not ashamed to offer it to guests. I would go so far as to say this blend makes better cookies than I ever made with wheat flour.
