Remember the times in the middle of the night study, when nothing but hot ramen would do? But then you wondered why you were so almost party-time NOT study-time hung over the next day? At first I thought it was the MSG that almost ALL poor college kid ramens include. But now I know it was the gluten. The terrifying amount of gluten. Finally a gluten free ramen!!! I tried this for the first time today and now I’m on your website writing a review (and I don’t write reviews of food products. Ever.). It’s THAT good. It’s not what I remember of the ramen I ate before my Celiac diagnosis - the kind that came in a cup - and thank goodness for that! This is truly delicious, while not trying to be a perfect replica of something else. It’s just its own yummy thing (that I’m about to buy again). Thank you!

Pamela's spicy beef ramen is something special. I love ramen noodles, but could never find affordable organic ramen. The hearty bone broth is delicious and the minced vegetables add just the right amount of texture to balance the flavor and to pull it all together.
I put all of the ingredients in a small skillet and its done with 3 minutes! Please continue making these!
