I am very impressed with the taste and quality of these blueberry lemon bars !! I am telling all my friends. You have packed sweetness and delectability in a bar that satisfies with a mere 10 grams of sugar and only 170 calories. They are a great non-guilt goodie as a mid morning snack while doing garden chores, a light breakfast on the go, and my go to dessert after supper and, of course, they have become my favorite hiking buddy.
