They are like a cookie and a brownie combined into one. Love the dark chocolate and the texture of the cookie. I always keep a box in my house for when that chocolate urge hits.

These cookies are normally my absolute favorite gluten free cookie... a delicious dark chocolate cookie with dark chocolate chunks that melt in your mouth. But the recent order I received from Pamela’s has been far below the normal quality. The cookies are very flat and thin, seem overcooked and are so crumbly it looks like the boxes were vigorously shaken. The chocolate chunks are barely distinguishable. I understand we’re in a pandemic and am thankful to have these rather than nothing. I would normally give 5 stars, but if the quality stays like this I’d only give them 3. Hoping this is a temporary hiccup that will be resolved!
