BEST cornbread ever. And the best Gluten Free cornbread ever! I've tried a ton of options and Pamela's is the very best flavor and texture. And I love all the suggested variations included on the back of the package.

Terrific cornbread mix! We are picky, since we eat GF, as a household, due to our daughter's celiac disease. Baking products that are just as good as the gluten products for which they substitute are rare, and harder to discover, due to the wide variation in flour mixes that attempt to replicate wheat flour. This mix works for all of us. We like to mix in corn kernels - frozen corn (thawed) works just as well as canned.

By far, best tasting GF Corn Bread mix that I have found. My personal taste is a sweeter blend - so I increase the added sugar by 1/4 cup. Recipe comes out perfect - every time.

We love this corn bread mix; we make muffins to go with soups all the time. I use coconut oil instead of canola oil and the taste is wonderful!

The corn bread is the best you will ever taste. I come from a family of fabulous cooks. I started cooking with my mom at the age of seven. My daughter trained at Cordon Bleu, Today it takes me approximately 3 hours or more to create a gourmet dinner for us which I do every day of the week. I never thought anyone could beat my gluten free corn muffins - but Pamela's did! They are delicious and we highly recommend them.
