I have been buying these for about 6 years. Although the recipe has changed a bit over time, I love these with my cup of hot tea in the afternoon.... along with a few other types of Pamela's cookies!

The cookie is good for a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie. The cookie leaves a little after taste, but is tolerable when eating the cookie with milk or adding the cookie to ice cream. I cannot eat just one.

The cookies are great! My issue is with the shipping and packaging of the product. Every time I’ve received these, they’ve been broken. Customer service is nice enough to send me coupons for free boxes in the grocery store, but sometimes they are out, and I have to wait to use them. They also take awhile to come in the mail. The company is in California, but the cookies seem to ship from Illinois, I believe. Like I said, the cookies and other products are delicious, but they need to rethink packaging.

I don't know what it was about these - they just tasted really "off" and odd. It could have just been that particular box I purchased, but I'm not sure. I have tried the Simple Bites Mini Chocolate Chip cookies and found their taste to be just fine... so I'm not sure what happened with these full-sized cookies, but the taste was NOT for me. Disappointing purchase/waste of $5.00.
