I was diagnosed with celiac disease 3 years ago. When I decided that I had to get all gluten out of the house, the rest of the family begged me to bake instead of making them eat store bought GF bread. We tried all the mixes. This one tastes the best, by far, and buying in bulk makes it the most affordable option, too. It has been our only bread for over a year now.

Make a good GF loaf of bread, buns, or many other products using the recipes on Pamela's web site. I made a lot of bad loaves before finding this mix. So simple as nearly everything needed is in the mix, making it very simple and quick.

3 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 cups milk, 3 eggs warm, 1/4 cup light olive oil,
1/4 cup honey, 1 Tbsp apple vinegar 1 Tbsp yeast. I use bread machine reg not gluten free, setting on machine
light crust, scrape sides
By far the best bread mix flour, never fails, no
suprises, light soft, and a 6 inch high loaf time after time, I slice it in my slicer to reg bread thickness when cool
