Delicious scratch baking will be back in your life! This flour blend has no dairy, no nuts, no salt, no leavening, no corn and no soy. It will work perfectly in most of your traditional recipes or with subtle tweaking such as adding more liquid. Now you can bake like you used to!

Helpful Hints:

  • Will work in most recipes as a replacement for wheat flour.
  • Due to the subtle flavor, seasoning and herbs will elevate the taste when making gravy, or coating meats and poultry.
  • Batters may thicken as they sit and may require water to thin.
  • For yeast breads, we suggest using 1 tsp dry yeast per cup of All-Purpose Flour. Additional water will most likely be needed. Add water until dough is a sticky batter similar to banana bread. For a taller loaf, use a parchment collar at least 3 to 5 inches above the edge around the interior of the bread pan

Finally got the opportunity to make the cinnamon rolls I bought it for. They were delicious! Light fluffy crumb! Perfect!!

My husband bought this for us at a local natural and whole food store. I haven't tried any other gluten free 1-for-1 flour because I like this one so much I am just sticking with it. I've had very satisfactory results in brownies and cakes so far.

I haven't tried any other gluten free 1 for 1 flour. My husband bought this at a local natural and whole food store and I like it so much I'm just sticking with it. I've had very satisfactory results in brownies and several cakes.

I made gluten free carrot cake and it is divine. It is so light and moist. This flour has a very fine texture so no grit in the finished product.

I used this product for the first time today. I made pastry for tarts. While the dough rolled out well, and became golden in the oven, the pastry did not stick together once baked. What did I do wrong?

I love all her products and have been using them for over 10 years. Love her recipes and videos. Her products have never failed me and I can convert my recipes easily with her flours. The bread flour works great in my bread machine and I like to change it up by adding raisins and cinnamon or cheese, rosemary. I have also made olive bread.
This flour I like because it is dairy free. I think it makes great cookies.

Oh my, I can have delicious bread again. Made a loaf today and I think it is better than wheat made bread. Trying hamburger buns next using same recipe. Love the product!!!!
