I have Celiacs Disease and have tried so many gluten free pancake mixes, but Pamela's is the BEST by far!!
We love it and the grandkids can't tell it's gluten free, they love it as well.
I highly recommend trying it if you haven't.

We've used Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix for years and love it. So convenient, requires minimal work and tastes great without further adornment. Of course, with blueberries, bananas, etc. it's heavenly.

The best gf pancake and waffle mix. When our house first went gluten free I tried so many pancake mixes and recipes. This is the best and easiest. Pancakes turn out perfect every time.I have made Mickey Mouse waffles many times and they always cook and brown perfectly as well. Thank you!

This mix makes delicious GF pancakes and waffles. Even my daughter eats them and she usually eschews GF items. I'm so sad I haven't been able to find it in the stores lately. Please tell me it's not discontinued?

a family favorite in my house for pancakes and waffles. Better than the other premixed gf pancake packages.
For pancakes we add a but of vanilla, nutmeg and chocolate chips and substitute milk for the water.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how good these pancakes taste -- much better than any other gluten free mix that I've tried. The batter started out really loose so I added flour to thicken it, and a little vanilla for sweetness. The pancakes tasted great!
