Pamela’s 100% Tiger Nut Flour, ground from tiger nuts, can be used for gluten-free, grain-free and Paleo recipes. Substitute Tiger Nut Flour for 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes to add fiber and sweet flavor to baked goods, or use as a 1-for-1 substitute for wheat flour in muffins, cakes, cookies, and quick breads.
