My favorite cookies but I haven't been able to find them in my area in a very long time. Yes they're crumbly. Just as any other shortbread cookie is. They're delicious and I wish I had a case of them!

Awesome cookies - they just taste healthy - never too sugary, none of that "manufactured" taste, just great cookies that go down (a little too) easy! I've enjoyed them for years, love them for after exercise or just a treat.

The shortbread pecan cookies are very good. I could taste the real butter in them. The only problem is when the cookies arrived they were all broken in pieces. I assume this is the way they were shipped. Maybe packing could be place on top of cookies as well as the bottom of the box. Other than that they were excellent.

I use Pamela's Gluten free Pecan Shortbread cookies in my award winning Cheesecake recipe. I use them to make a delicious crust. Occasionally the cookies are broken when I open the package but it not an issue for me. The hardest part is keeping the cookies safe from getting eaten by my family before I can use them in the cheesecake.

Pamela’s shortbread cookies are wonderful! I bought them on sale to try the product. Some gluten free items are great others not so much. I loved these. The only problem was I couldn’t stay away from them and I’m trying to reduce my caloric intake. Yikes! Highly recommend.

The cookies themselves are so amazing that when I could not find them at my usual store, I ordered 12 boxes. The very unfortunate part is that I received mostly cookie crumble vs. whole cookies... it’s ok because they are all for me, but that is not conducive to serving them to guests or offer them as presents... Best GF shortbread I ever tasted!

These are beyond wonderful. I've bought them for years now and there's just nothing that compares for gluten free cookies! Beware, they WILL likely be very crumbled if you're shipping, but even eating the crumbs with a spoon is worth it. Check your local stores for these when you get the chance! (and buy several boxes, you'll go through them faster than you believe).

The cookies arrived in pieces and crumbs. Although the taste is great, they don’t travel well and are not in shape to eat.
